"When I called I spoke with Cassidy who scheduled me the same day. She gave me a time frame and let me know when the technician was on his way. Our HVAC technician is Robert and he has been wonderful! He took his time diagnosing the issue, came back the next day to look at it again because after he left he thought it may have been something else. When we decided to replace instead of repair he wrote up detailed information on 6 different systems that spanned from the least to most expensive. "The install date was set for April 16. The team arrived around 9am and worked tirelessly until around 4:30. By that time, the new system was installed and ready to go. That team left and Steve arrived a little later. His job was to fully explain operation of the system to us and then to fully inspect every aspect of the new system before turning it over to us. He spent about 45 minutes with us, going over the entire system (including the very cool thermostat that is wifi connected). The instructions were clear and simple to follow. Then he spent almost two more hours inspecting and testing every aspect of the system. After he was finished, we paid the balance due and the job was complete. The workmen left our house very clean. They were prompt, efficient and very capable. We have the highest praise for the company and its professional team."

"I was referred to Level by the Company who had installed my heat pump unit, Ray Chaney, when they closed several years ago. Though my unit has been running beautifully, I thought it was time to have it inspected. I was immediately impressed when I called to make an appointment for a "tune up." The options on fees for services, including contracts, and service provided were clearly explained and I was offered an appointment at the date and time I requested. I was still further impressed by our technician, Steve Taylor.

Steve was at my house on time, explained what the "tune up" entailed and was very professional. What surprised me more was that he continued to be professional when I explained that my husband, though he could not be home for the appointment, wanted a thorough explanation of all inspections, readings, and observation, and that I was to follow him through his inspection and take notes. I know this was asking a lot, but Steve just rolled with it and talked while he worked. He explained what he was doing at each step, put his explanations in terminology that I could understand and always explained my options/ Steve also impressed me by showing respect for my home.

At the end of the inspection I had a much better understanding of my unit and Steve found a leaking capacitor that was decided to replace. Also Steve contacted Carrier and ordered me a new filter, which arrived the very next day. I was impressed with Level in general and Steve in particular. You have a wonderful employee in Steve Taylor that represents your Company well and we just wanted to make you aware."

"We wanted to write you and tell you how impressed we were with the service we received from your company!

First, we were amazed that someone actually answered the phone at 7:00PM on a Friday evening. Our air conditioner had stopped working and the forecast was calling for heat index of 106 degrees the next day. Rachel was friendly and helpful, assuring us that a technician would arrive between 12:00 noon and 2:00PM the next day.

On Saturday, Rachel called us to let us know the technician was running a little behind and would arrive by 2:15PM. We appreciated the extra effort to keep us informed. It went above and beyond great customer service!

At 2:15 Dan arrived. He looked over the situation carefully, and was able to address the immediate issue so that we could at least have air conditioning… but he told us what we already knew(since we've had problems every year for last 4) our 17-year-old system wasn't going to last much longer. We knew it was time to replace it. Dan spent over 2 hours with us, patiently answering and explaining our options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was never pushy, and didn't rush us. We decided on a new air conditioning system and furnace. Installation was scheduled for Friday, July 20th.

The day before installation, we heard from Rachel again, confirming our appointment for 7:00AM the next day.

We are perfectionist - and never easily impressed- but we can't say enough about the crew that arrived on time to install our new system: Don, Steve, Tyler, & Jesse. From the consideration of making sure our floors stayed clean, to the incredible attention to detail shown in the installation of every component of our new system - these gentlemen are truly craftsman and clearly experts in their field.

And to top it off, Dan made a special trip back to ensure our iComfort thermostat was set up properly and we were comfortable using it.

Many of our neighbors have older systems as well. They saw that the Level crew spent the day at our home and have asked about our new system and service received. We enthusiastically sing the praises of everyone from Level with whom we interacted, and we have been thrilled with our new air conditioning - and the convenience of iComfort.

"First I would like to thank, Steve Taylor, your Level Tech for his outstanding assistance in helping me decide on the unit I selected, coming to measure what needed to be done and explaining how the unit worked and checking to see it all worked when he came after it was installed. He is a true professional, unlike any service person I have dealt with in ages. He took the time to ensure I understood everything he told me about my unit and gave me several systems to choose from. He is extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. He also was there when the installers came and explained to them what needed to be done. My Installers: Steve Savers and Don Smith. What can I say about these two guys. Fabulous, outstanding, knowledgeable, quiet, tremendous employees. In fact, they were so quiet, I had to go downstairs a few times to make sure they were "still alive". They worked efficiently and always answered any questions I had. I don't think they ever took a break except for lunch which by the way they ate in their hot truck. I offered them to come in where it was cool, they said they were OK and thanked me. Who is that in this day and age. They were also very professional and did a fantastic job. I love my new unit and I think they knew how happy I was. They worked in a very confined space and never complained one time. They even found the problem with my sump pump and called the plumber for me when they told me the problem and I asked who do I call. What customer service was that? GREAT. More Kudos to these guys and a great credit to Level.

Last but not least. My Plumber, Mark Crouse. Great guy extremely helpful and went way beyond any expectation I had. He even cleaned up the hole that had lots of junk in it, replaced the cover that someone had taken off and never replaced and made it a better area for me to see. Now I feel more secure about the sump pump and you can be sure when I need plumbing needs, I will call Level and ask for Mark. More Kudos to Mark also.

All in all I believe, all four of these gentlemen know the meaning of Customer Service. I have not received such excellent service in ages. In all honesty, I really hated to see them go. Wish I could have found more things for them to do. Level should be extremely proud of these guys and I will only use Level for my future needs. I tell everyone about them and hopefully some of my friends will be calling you for service. If all of your employees are as fantastic as these guys, you certainly have a great company that you should be proud of.

Also, I'd like to thank the young ladies that called me to keep me posted on when I could expect the Tech, Installers and Plumber. Great job."
